BUSINESS OFFICE
The Business Office is conveniently located just past the main lobby waiting area of the Center and houses Human Resources, Accounting, and Patient Accounting offices.
Upon entering the Southwest Regional Rehabilitation Center during the daytime hours the Center’s Receptionist awaits, eager to welcome and provide direction and assistance.
Inquiries related to Human Resources may be directed to the Human Resources Manager within the Business Office or by calling (269) 441-4120.
Inquiries related to vendor matters may be directed to the Accountant or Accounting Assistant within the Business Office or by calling (269) 441-4127.
Inquiries related to patient financial matters (insurance questions, account statements, payment arrangements, etc.), may be directed to the Patient Accounting Specialists within the Business Office or by calling (269) 965-3206, extension 4549. Financial assistance through the Center’s Charity Care program is available for eligible patients. The Business Office hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Center accepts personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
